For this Iron Banner I ended up using this loadout:
Oversoul Edict, Pocket Infinity, Jolder's Hammer. Got me to Rank 5 within 2-3 days.
I'm an auto rifle guy who used Vanquisher VIII as my primary for all the previous Iron Banners, but due to the recent AR nerf/PR buff, I had to search for different options. I tried Oversoul Edict, Bad Juju, and Red Death.
Surprisingly, I ended up choosing Oversoul Edict. I know RD has a faster TTK(time-to-kill) and Bad Juju is more stable, but Edict got the job done for me without using an exotic slot, which I ended up using for Pocket Infinity or Patience and Time.
For those who pick "Other", please comment below on which pulse rifle you ended up using for this week's Iron Banner.

I'm glad someone else mentioned Oversoul Edict, it's an amazing weapon. I couldn't stand it before this Iron Banner but now having used it, I'm in love.
-
Edict is way under appreciated. That thing shredded
-
Praedyths timepiece, invective and jolders hammer. That was my load out worked well for me.
-
Strangers rifle for regular crucible lol
-
Skorris revenge It's actually the only iron banner pulse rifle
-
123 syzygy Highest aim assist. Laser accuracy Best Red Dot Sight Keep it a secret.
-
Coiled hiss
-
Coiled Hiss is boss
-
NERF ALL THE PULSE RIFLES
-
Bad Juju + 100% Intellect = Supers galore!
-
Completely agree with the last option Hawkmoon :D
-
I've used Red Death, Bad Juju and Three Little Words in crucible and iron banner and for me it's not close. Three Little words if you aim chest high is a 2 burst weapon and it's range is crazy good. Hits from further away than Mida. Red Death is really good because you heal after each successful firefight but it doesn't seem to hit as hard for me
-
My version of three little words is beast
-
Red death, the true counter to thorn.
-
They're all OP. Just pick one.
-
I had the most success with a Time on Target with headseeker and glass half full.
-
Used Three Little Words for the most part this IB, worked pretty well.
-
To me the multiple benefits (auto reload, super regen, full auto) of Bad Juju outweigh the slight dmg boost and healing of RD.
-
Bad Juju. 1. Hits almost as hard as Red Death. Very fast TTK. 2. The faster fire rate makes it harder for opponents to dodge your fire like they can sometimes with Red Death. 3. String of Curses means you never have to worry about running out of ammo or getting caught in a reload if you find yourself outnumbered in a fight.

Bad juju kills=golden gun = :)
-
I'd like to see your kills per game with the edict I feel maybe a few kills came from it(2-4) while most was geared towards pocket infinity
-
I've got Red Death and Bad Juju, but I was using Juju for this Iron Banner so that I could throw around Supers all the time. The full auto was nice, and I didn't feel like I was at a disadvantage to all the Red Deaths I was seeing.
-
I was mostly using Thorn or Fang of Ir Yut, but I tried out Praedyth's Timepiece for a bit, and it was wrecking people pretty well!
-
I don't have red death but pulses in general are seriously op. Before anyone flames me yes I use one in crucible and yes I can snipe across the map with a pulse rifle, which I do.
-
i been using strange suspect or fair and square as back up for my PaT - i kept them from the original vendors since launch, they're only 300's, but i find them much more useable now... if i'm feeling brave, i like to run with red death, but i rarely put down my sniper these days.

You can 2 shot someone with Red Death if you land all headshots.
