Moderators don't do their job
I came back from vacation, didn’t play for 4 days, came home and decided to watch the update and then it says that my account is in BAN) I can’t write the form because there is a 404 error on the page with the form) need help , Maybe admins help me with this stuff , because i played 3000+ hours in that game . and preorder final shape for nothing too right now /

Moderators don't do their job. They sent me a link to the rebuttal form, but there was a 404 error, and I tried 4 browsers, the result was 0

3 RespostasModerators moderate, they are not employees of bungie, they give you the info that bungie tells them to give you. if the website is having issues, wait. They will be fixed when they are fixed. just chill out and be patient, the form will be fixed and you can submit your appeal

Pretty sure there was an issue with Bungie Help earlier. I couldn't login to Bungie Help but I could login to Bungie.net--and before that I was getting an "Invalid JWT Request". After a few refreshes and zero troubleshooting on my end, I got in. My buddy tried 2 different browsers, cleared cookies/cache, tried logging in through his PC, phone, & Xbox, and still got "Invalid JWT Request". The reason I was even trying to get in is because my buddy just got banned out of nowhere today too. He doesn't even macro so it's pretty out of the blue. We're trying to figure out some sort of software clash but he doesn't have any cheat/modding software and doesn't have any overlays for Destiny. There must be some sort of false positive because BattleEye even kicked me a few days ago saying I had an issue.
