Can’t get past connecting screen when logging in
PlayStation 5, my wife has been experiencing extremely long login times where she either doesn’t get past the connecting loading screen, or gets stuck at another loading screen just past it for months. It takes about 10 minutes or more to login. We’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the game, checking for updates on the game and console, clearing the console cache and the modem and router have been reset multiple times. Nothing fixes the problem and it’s been like this for months. Effectively she has stopped playing because of this issue with no fix.
She is on a wired connection. We’ve tried wireless and that changes nothing.

I got this problem,too. Since last week before the update was out I wait 10min in loginmenu to get in and then 3min to get in to choose a character. Before, when I started the connection, I was always in after a maximum of 1 minute without any problems and now these long login times as an active d2 player are annoying And the support answers with things that have no relation to the topic... in the hope that they would do their job properly. This is not very professional
