The catalyst should be fourth times the charm with high impact reserves. So as you get precision hits you keep getting rounds back. It rewards you for being a sharp shooter, which is the whole idea behind the hip fan fire. But if you get down to the last 2-3 rounds you get a little more damage to get you out of a sticky spot.
