Prestige IV Counterbalance Issue
Counterbalance Perk adds nothing to the stability of this machine gun (Prestige IV).
Issue was presented by another player dating back to Oct, as seen here https://www.bungie.net/Ne/Forum/Post/76779071/0/0/1, and no fixes yet. Please look into it
