To all those 32s...
That don't accept 31s in their raid, you're bad. You're looking to be carried by the other 32s. Oh, and you're bad.
I've done this raid multiple times with 31s in my team. Last run I did was on my titan, and we had 4 31s and 2 32s.
TL;DR - get your skills up.

I saw a similar thread saying 31s should stop crying. I agree with OP. If you need 32s on your HM raid team then you definitely suck if your only reason is just to get it done. But I understand if you wanted a full team of 32s just to finish the raid as quickly as possible.

Yea, I don't like bringing 31s. I like being carried thru raids by other 32s. :)

It is true that player level can be meaningless. I was in a team consisting of Guardians at level 31+ doing HM VoG. We wiped repeatedly at Atheon. What really matters is individual player skill and the ability for each member to act as an effective teammate.

The team I do it with Have some of our alternate characters who are lvl 30 do it. Of course we're not much help, unless we have Gjallarhorn. But, still. You don't need a full team of 32s.. Its just a lot easier.

I accept 31s from my clan, but I don't play with randoms. I don't care if they're 32 or 31.

I will always accept a certain number of 31s in my group. No problem.

Did it with 3 31's last night, the only thing that ever -blam!-ed us up was one of the 32's getting a little too cocky. And that God damn sword de spawning and crota getting up after 1 hit

It's easier to trust a random 32 than a random 31. Normally we only need to fill one slot and always have had at least one 31.

I finally have all my gear for 32 on my main. Once I'm 32, I'll definitely run with 31s, as long as they know what they are doing, they are fine.

We did it with 2 31s! Give the 31s a chance to prove themselves, if they don't follow the plan or keep dying then kick them.

7 OdpowiedziIf I'm 32 why run with a 31? Yes they can do the raid perfectly it's still easy. When I'm in my 32 I'd rather have everyone be all 32 and not any 31s cuz they die faster then 32s, and I've seen 32s drop with 3 boomer shots

10 OdpowiedziWhy are there still 31's is the real question. This isn't VOG. There were legit players that couldn't hit 30. This raid you're pretty much given 32 over time. If you haven't reached yet because of time restraints, wait until you're 32 like everyone else who did before you jump into hard raid. There's 2 reasons why I don't think 32s don't have to take 31s: 1. Do your time and get 32 2. You're 2 levels below Like I said, VOG was a different beast. Acquiring 30 was way harder and you were only a level below enemies. This isn't elitism or being carried by 32s

Very much agreed... Level matters to an extent, but good skill and great weapons more than make up for it
