Is there any motivation for Hard Mode Crotas End?
Trying to find purpose/motivation for this hard mode raid and I can't really. Other than having fun I see no purpose to this raids hard mode.
We will only gain mediocre primaries that we obviously don't need if we beat hard mode without them.
No special exotics
No armor
No increase in materials
I struggle to grasp the reasoning behind hard mode with this raid. All we need to do is wait until the tower sales better gear in HOW's.

Yeah primary weapons will be awesome. And they will carry over for the next raid until you get the next raid weapons.

Primaries with void/arc/solar damage, a reskin of the same ship from VoG, a more difficult version of the same thing we've been doing to entertain, fun maybe?

7 OdpowiedziIt's double loot drops... You get helmet on every loot drop now (or the chance for it) Nechrochasm... I agree there will be better gear, but right now I want the Nechrochasm, and upgraded primaries.

18 OdpowiedziI'm just waiting on the crota checkpoint and my friends to get home from work as I need another scout and hand cannon in my life. Not going to waste my time with the rest of the raid. Thanks bungie for checkpoints. You guys rock. Saves me so much time.

If you have the edilon ally or however its spelled from the upgraded husk you will get the crux of crota after beating it on hard to upgrade to nechrocasm so in a way yea worth it

Oh obviously, so instead of using today's amazing technology just use no technology and wait 10 years to get the better technology when it come out.

I'm with you on that one. Never been a big fan of the crota raid anyway. But I kinda want that HC, I really need a nice new legendary HC. If all goes good I get it first time and I never have to do it again! Or it turns out to be so much more fun than normal, but I doubt it...
