Ice Breaker is in my opinion the best sniper in the game, it's not a gun some Christmas noob should be able to just buy two weeks after they got they got the game, I grinded my ass off week after week doing nightfalls and raids trying to get it, luckily I did, so I don't think it's fair for someone to just be able to buy it, they should have to do the grind just like everyone else, Xür should only sell the not as perfect exotics, the ones that are good, but not the best, Xür could pop into the tower two weeks in a row and sell Ice Breaker and Suros, than what would this game come too, prolly many many many people dropping off the game due to the fact that even if you put in the work to get something you still have the same amount of chance to get the gun as someone who joins last second. Fix your loot system Bungie, Fix Xür, let him still sell exotics, but only the not end game ones like truth or Red Death and such.
Some of us actually work for our exotics and like to be able to show them off, they should be exclusive, they're exotics for a reason.
Anyway, Thanks for not much Bungie, and if you do this Xür Bullshit again, than say a final goodbye to me and destiny.

Hey moron most people got tt from xur in the first place why didnt u cry about it then it was the 2nd gun he ever sold so get ovrr it i hope ghorns just to make u stop playing
-
You do know the very same noobs could run one strike and get it faster than spending coins. I don't think you completely grasp the concept of rng. You don't earn anything. You get lucky
-
Had Icebreakah since the first time Xur sold it way back when. Have not used it in like a month. Too many other great snipers out there. Icebreakah is not neeeearly as OP as people think it is.
-
You said yourself, you got lucky
-
I wasn't aware all Christmas noobs are level 30
-
You won the Destiny lotto and now you feel like you earned your IB. Lmao. Strange Coins is one of the very few things you earn on this game. If someone who just got the game was able to get 17 Strange Coins when Xur had the IB, they deserve to have that gun more than you do. Get off your high horse kid. Grinding in hopes to get a really good exotic is exactly the same as entering the lottery. You didnt earn it, you just got lucky.
-
Christmas noobs couldn't possibly "grind" from lvl 1 to over 20 with 17 strange coin in two weeks unless they literally just shut themselves in their room and did nothing all day for two weeks. Lol this post is ridiculous.

1 OdpowiedźThere's no such thing as working for weapons you dumb -blam!-. I've done the raid and nightfall 3 times a week for months. Also many crucible maps and tons and tons of strikes and loot caves. If there was a small chance i could get icebreaker from something. I did it over and over. No luck. Now i had the chance to buy it at the tower for something you actually do EARN strange coins. And i took that chance and bought 2 of them. So just because you got lucky with rng dont sit here and be a little prick to people who got -blam!-ed by the "random" loot drops.

Telling Bungie what to sell and what not to sell. It won't change anything. Xûr should sell whatever whenever.
-
2 OdpowiedziI heard from some sort of bungie source that gjallarhorn and ice breaker are potential game breaking guns if too many people have them, so I'm quite surprised that ice breaker is being sold.
-
Yeah totally agree man. I 'grind' for my icebreaker too. Really hard work joining my friend's nightfall game just as he has finished. I was rewarded with icebreaker for pressing the X button. And he, a legendary engram, for killing 80 enemies. Grinding ain't easy.

Why shouldn't xmas noobs be able to get it ? You only had to wait about a month or so to get it yourself. Xur sold it very early same as the gjallahorn , suros regime , and red death. Sounds like maybe you should've spent your coins differently .

9 OdpowiedziThis is a dead horse I'm beating here, but what the heck. A: Grinding your ass off makes very little difference if your chances of getting any particular exotic. Xûr actually helps those who don't get lucky with RNG. B: More people with better gear = more fun for all. I've so far been stuck on boomer duty in every raid because I had IB. After next week, when these new IBs are maxed out, I might be able to shoot at Crota or even use the sword. C: Not everyone will buy IB, some lack coins, some don't know it's good, most aren't even on the forums. The majority of people who buy and upgrade it are the hardcore-ish folks to begin with. Yes, the world sounds like a giant ice breaker fest right now, just like it did during week 5 when he sold it before. But it'll die down and soon you'll be glad to have someone backing you up with everyone's favorite rail gun. D: While RNG means he may never sell Gjallarhorn, it's more likely that he will at some point. I hope you're prepared to have the world filled with Wolfpack goodness. Also, they won't nerf it, it's been in widespread use for so long that if they were going to do anything, they would have a long time ago. Especially after the 17 second Atheon kill, no nerf then, no nerf after Xûr sells it. All in all, we are all guardians. We all need the best gear to hold the darkness at bay. Shunning others who didn't earn their gear in the same way you did is not the answer. Congratulate them, mentor them and make them valuable raiders. I'm guessing you'll probably quit when HoW makes you re-upgrade all your exotics again and vendors sell 33 gear... So, take care and stop being all pretentious and whatnot on the forums. It makes you sound like a San Francisco Goth kid.

Yet another self entitled douche that thinks he earned something in a RNG based loot system... Change your tampon and grow the -blam!- up you loser.
-
Numb nuts! I have twice the amount of time invested in this game then you. 600hrs plus not once did IB or Ghorn drop but a yet almost every primary has dropped half a dozen times. If xur sales it I feel like it's more earned then a random drop. Did you hear that. Let me be louder. RANDOM! I hope you leave when he sales Ghorn.....

2 OdpowiedziKid gets destiny for xmas. Plays destiny non stop for a week. Hits lv20+. Does strike gets ice breaker Kid buys destiny at launch. Puts in over 200 hours. Never gets ice breaker from a drop. Buys from xur Who is more "entitled" to gun?

1 OdpowiedźEdytowany przez użytkownika Hippo_Legacy: 1/18/2015 11:46:34 PMI've been playing since day 1 have put in more than 14 days worth of time between three characters and I still don't have a thunderlord because of this shit ass RNG, yet there are Christmas noobs who have less than 100 hours put in and already have one, are you really gonna try and tell me I don't deserve one if Xur sells it?
-
U people do know that if u bought the game on luanch and have played it since then u had a chance at buying both ghalla and ice from xur so why shouldnt new players get the same chance just deal with it if not then just dnt play the game end of story
-
Good by! Pull out the game and snap it in half! The more people quit the better Bungie will listen. Have fun with COD!
-
1 OdpowiedźXür sold icebreaker like 5 weeks into destiny. If a Christmas noob bought it in two weeks why couldn't you buy it with five weeks of saving strange coins.
-
Uh. If I pay money for a game. I would like to know there is a way for me to access all content without being based on luck. Xur is the assurance for that. Some people can get it randomly. Others have yet to even get one exotic from RNG. Quit being a selfish prick and grow up.
-
Wah wah wah
enough said.
-
Shutup and quit already. Good riddance, whiny ass. I hope you and everyone like you on this game leave. People with your attitude in the Destiny community are scum. No one cares if you quit, theres millions of other people to replace you.
-
It's easier to carry you noob through strikes and raids. You already own armor you don't deserve. Without the icebreaker, you will be useless
-
Just so you know he sold it "a few weeks after" you got your game you putz
-
Sorry I jus read the 1st few words and switched off He's sold it, no one cares. Get on with your own game and get over it
