Idk about banner but the TTK on vex is pretty much the same as thorn in normal crucible. It's probably not as good because thorn is a 331 DMG weapon while vex is 323. That would be my guess

Yep. People complain about about the vex in crucible but in iron banner it's the same thing with the hawkmoon and thorn

Yup. Vex is probably a [i]little[/i] better than thorn in the crucible, but in iron banner it's probably the other way around. The exotic cannons, vex, and suros are all viable, very strong weapons. You can't really complain about only one because each of them are extremely strong.
