Anyone from COD who just plays Destiny now?
I used to play my FPS games in phases. Halo....then I would transition to Call of Duty.
Ever since Destiny.... I haven't play Call of Duty at all nor care to play and buy Advanced Warfare.
*Any of you who made this drastic change in Shooter games as well? And Why?
Destiny. I honestly can NOT give up for ADVANCED WARFARE. It just can't compare to it. Sure there are major flaws in the game. Yet it still keeps me playing on the endless grind. I like the community better as well. But.... COD. .I feel is more livelier and more competitive. I am a competitive player you see...so with Trials of Osiris on the way. ..I hope it will be a good step forward to MLG Destiny.
Edit 1 (Jan. 12): Thanks for most of the positive comments guys. I know lots of Bungie people hate COD kids...but I coexist with both.

I am an OG (original gamer) and was in high school when Halo CE came out. I played Halo CE and Halo 2 and transitioned into Madden and hit some pretty high ranks online on ps2. I came back to shooters in COD 4 and played the shit out of COD all the way through Ghosts. Was excited for Destiny and ended up being quite let down, yet i'm still here. AW was even more of a let down and I don't have fun playing it whatsoever. As much as there is wrong with the crucible, I still have more fun playing that. Halo 5 does look like fun, but I won't be putting Destiny down anytime soon.

I used to only play cod and swap to fallout or skyrim when servers were down. Now, I will never buy another cod unless it has extinction. Aw is literally the worst game I've bought

6 OdpowiedziAW is just bad. I probably would have played if it wasn't so bad. I'm running out of steam with Destiny too as well. I love this game, but really don't have anything to do after a Tuesday. Our clan logged more hours on Monopoly Plus this weekend than Destiny.

I was all about CoD and only CoD before. MW2: 8th prestige MW3: MAX Prestige BO: 8th prestige BO2: MAX Prestige GHOSTS: MAX Prestige ADVANCE WARFARE: Never touching the game.

Quite honestly, I'm in reverse. I played the crap out of Destiny the first few weeks, but eventually slowed down. Now, I'm playing Advanced Warfare and actually having fun trying to unlock all of the camos. I will come back, but this game just doesn't have any sense of accomplishment past the first time you've done something.

Here. Funnily enough I only MPed CoD, haven't finished the story since CoD 4, but in Destiny I only play PvE unless I need something specific from PvP -bounties & IB.

Played cod exclusively since cod 4. Destiny came out and I probably have 30 hours on advanced warfare.

CoD4: Master Prestige BO1: Master Prestige MW2: Master Prestige BO2: Master Prestige Ghosts: Master Prestige (never liked the look of MW3) The funny thing is I had ZERO hype for Destiny at all. I pre-ordered my usual copy of CoD like I do every year but it became extremely boring after I reached prestige 2. I bought Destiny and have never looked back. Sure it has its flaws but Destiny is a much better game to me. AW is gathering dust. Even if you bought both, Activision wins lol!

(of Call of Duty) yeah, you're getting more sales, but thats because people hope it will be like the old games they played Ghosts and AW (and arguably BO2) have changed the beloved CoD formula that made the old games so great, driving people away to other games you don't need to change the game to keep it alive, you just need to present it in a way that looks new and everyone will be satisfied

The reason I've stuck with destiny to this point is because of the flawless gameplay. This is the most solid and well created game mechanics I've seen in awhile.

I'm considering advanced warfare. I've been getting more and more bored with destiny each passing week. I'm about to beat dragon age inquisition, I've beat assassin's creed unity. I'm just bored and need a new game.

bought halo cod and gta5 and only played cod for about 6 hours total? halo and the gta havent played at all just been busy with destiny. It always gives me things to do and i preffer teh multiplayer over any other fps atm due to the slower gameplay. I am very over the cod twitchy feel and how you just die and run in and die again. i like to take my time and hate to die (: My 2 cents anywas

That's me. I was a COD hardcore. Traded the last one for Battlefield 4. I have no desire to play Advanced warfare. I'm happy with Destiny.

1 OdpowiedźHere! Loved BO2 zombies and the raids remind me a lot of the easter eggs in that game. I'm playing pokemon between resets and I will most likely get Tryarch's COD game but Destiny is going to stay at the top of my list.

1 OdpowiedźYup, I used to be a die-hard CoD player and had no shame in that. Over 700K kills across all CoDs, including 68 days played in MW2 with 212K kills. Ghosts was alright, but Advanced Warfare did it for me. I dont play tons of Crucible, but really enjoy it when I do. Destiny came at the perfect time for me :)

I played competitive in BO:2 and Ghosts, and picking up AW just doesn't feel the same after playing Destiny for so long.
