Ive been stuck at level 29/30 since launch because of this. Yes there are ways to do it by grinding for hours and hours. Public Events should drop at least 2, not one. The Daily at level 30 should be at least 4 shards NOT 2 GOD FORBID IF YOU EVEN GET SHARDS. (always get Energy) Legendary's need to drop more often. I played the whole day yesterday WITH NO LEGENDARY DROP. I buy the legendary armor in tower with my marks to get armor now. FIX THIS -blam!-ING SHIT, ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY. Merry freakin Xmas
