Fallout 3/Final Fantasy VII are in a close tie at an estimated 5000+ hours.

I put 3000 hours into dark souls 2 and 1000 hours into dark souls 1 plus bloodborne I have 200 hours

Probably fallout across platforms. Lots of console play early on, PC for the most part now. Played a lot of WoW and LoL... Halo, too. Lots of DayZ/H1Z1 (wish I could get that time back... Terrible games).
