I have not seen ONE good review of The Dark Below. Every review site has thoroughly trashed it, even the sites that were given download codes by Activision, so nobody can claim that Activision forgot to bribe them. Come on DeeJ, I want to see how Bungie responds to this.
I can predict it now:
*we are listening to feedback and doing vague stuff. Jib jub bappity flap! I can speak in riddles!
Come on DeeJ, I know you are just PR, so what you say can decide the outcome of your job. But I wouldn't take a job where I was forced to lie or enhance the truth. You said bungie listens to feedback and cares about its fans. Prove it.

4 Odpowiedziwho cares what those "big" gaming sights think? everyone has different taste in games. I personally am enjoying the DLC, and this is from a gamer who has been around since atari...-blam!- you E.T >>

Dee i is nothing more than a pr puppet. A figure that means nothing. If they wanted feedback they would have phone operators and a troubleshooting department you could actually contact He proably spends 8 hrs a week on the forum at best.

Edytowany przez użytkownika Faust IXV: 12/15/2014 1:41:37 AMThe expansion is basically complete tripe. Better story telling my ass. There's no story it's the same damn thing "go here kill this" but wh-" "JUST SHUT THE -blam!- UP AND BUY THE HOUSE OF WOLVES!!!" Wish I didn't get the limited edition so I didn't have to be disappointed in the expansions I would have quit this week two

6 OdpowiedziIGN liked it. Machinima agreed with bungie on the nightfall and weekly issue. Destiny youtubers are loving the new raid. The only. "Bad reviews" I saw were people bitching on the forums.

1 OdpowiedźSo long as they are still making money off of it I feel like they won't care how bad the reviews are.

Edytowany przez użytkownika Neilius Maximus: 12/15/2014 1:28:20 AMThey won't say anything guaranteed. Nobody will ever address the faults of their game. The reason it's getting bad reviews is because it's not much of an expansion. This is what they should've added with a free update. The only people that love the expansion are those obsessed with this game and really have no justification other than "this is my life so I'm super glad I can gain 2 more levels for 20 bucks" lol. I enjoy the game, it's not bad, but my time it's definitely spent playing better games

4 Odpowiedzisometimes i think the people who white knight the game are Bungie employees hoping to change peoples minds about this sorry excuse of a game.

5 OdpowiedziThis is because DeeJ is still and always will be a sponge.

There's a lot of stuff they could have done but decide not to and there making mistake after mistake

1 Odpowiedź-blam!- reviews. I'm having a blast. Those alpha nerds writing articles don't mean shit to me.

2 Odpowiedzi....what's in it for you Longface? i mean - what is it that floats your boat so much you keep coming here bashing Bungies face with (pretty much only) criticism? i don't mean to say that you're 100% mistaken, quite the opposite, i even agree with quite a few of teh points you've made in the past, but i am really curious why you keep coming here criticising especially when you obviously still play the game (not too much, but you can't deny you do play)?

They won't. And this thread will most likely be deleted.

Bungie doesn't give a crap. Not to mention that Activision made them their bitch. As long as they get money, they don't care.

9 OdpowiedziEdytowany przez użytkownika Hades Dragoness: 12/15/2014 12:11:51 PMThere will be no response just as there was no response to the question many of us were asking as to why Bungie ignored the exchange rate. We paid £20 over in the UK. If it was $20 we would of been charged something like £12 give or take. I was expecting the story missions to be longer for the price instead of the 30min gameplay in total that we got. Edit: I know people are saying about taxes etc and in truth I do not know if this is a factor or not. That said, other game companies work with the exchange rate both on console and PC. When I buy Simpoints for my Sim 3 games I pay the UK equivalent to the dollar with the exchange rate. When Minecraft came to the XBOXOne I paid the UK equivalent to the dollar so the exchange rate was in use there as well. These are just two examples where the 'tax' argument fails. Just to clarify. I did pay the £20 and I do enjoy the DLC just as I do enjoy the game. My beef is the fact that the exchange rate was ignored and no reason, with evidence, given. Yes I could not have bought it but that would of just hurt my own enjoyment and leave me unable to participate in clan events.

Somebody else's review is of no consequence concerning my enjoyment of TDB. As was no review a concern about the whole game. I play because I like it. When I'm done liking it and it's run its course for me (which it inevitably will) I'll stop playing. I won't say I was ripped off though. As far as I'm concerned I got my money's worth.
-
I don't give a shit about the reviews, I form my own opinions. So personally I hope DeeJ ignores all the crap being thrown, and works with the community that like this game already, after all, we will be the ones that stick around, not the "I'm just playing destiny until [game x] comes out then I'll be done forever" people. Only then will we see improvement in this game (which I already like).

4 OdpowiedziEdytowany przez użytkownika Out Of Salt: 12/16/2014 10:21:58 PMI enjoyed the DLC and playing the game in general, but in still extremely disappointed with the game as a whole (in and outside the TV screen). Problem one is that there is a huge lack of actual different content in the game. Once you hit level 20 (12 hours at most) all you can do is the same stuff over... And over.... And over... Now I'm not gonna lie, the game is fun, but I expected more than just repeating every week. Problem 2 is Bungie's response to their own shortcomings. They blatantly ignore almost all the things that they failed at with this game, but on the rare chance that they do realise they did something wrong, they don't fix it. They say they fix it, but they don't really. Prime example: Cryptarch. He was supposed to be harder to rank up (he is) and drop more legendary engrams from his packages (no way is this true, I have taken many people's opinion into account). So all they have done is made it harder to get two blue engrams. Furthermore, DeeJ and the Devs think it is just fine to completely ignore the stuff people want answers to (vault space and VOG extra chest are examples). This is fine by me- if the Devs and DeeJ have decided that they want to cut off their community and make the community feel isolated, let them. It's their decision. It will bite them in the ass in the future for definite tho. It has already ruined the reputation that Bungie built from the Halo games. Their complete disregard for what the community wants is a joke- and I find it funny how anyone who has bought this game now has a completely different view of Bungie as a company. I for one do not see Bungie as the same Bungie that made the Halo franchise- in my eyes their reputation as a good games developer company is ruined. I will have to take a very long think before i buy another game from Bungie I'm afraid.
