You can't trade mats for marks anymore!
How the f^ck am I supposed to get Faction or Vanguard gear without having to play the god awful Crucible and Tiger Strikes now?
Edit:
-Vanguard marks are useless for my main at this point and I'm sure I'm not the only one running into this brick wall.
-If they had simply added the new system to the old it would have been great. This would have allowed us to swap marks and transfer them to other characters even if it would have meant a loss of both marks and mats.
-It's time to dance and make a sammich while "playing" Crucible matches.
Edit 2:
Bungie, what we actually want.
-The ability to purchase mats with glimmer. (1000 glimmer per 50 mats.)
-Give us back the ability to purchase marks and rep for mats as we have been able to do since day one.
-Give us the ability to purchase strange coins at 10k glimmer and motes for 5k glimmer.
-You're welcome Bungie, I just solved your economic problems for you and I'm not even on the payroll.
Edit 3:
(Double, or triple, the amounts of glimmer I suggested if you think my prices are too low, just give us SOMETHING to spend glimmer on that would actually be useful.)

5 OdpowiedziPeople actually bought crucible marks? I find it's easier just to play some matches and do some crucible bounties. Helps level gear up that way.

7 OdpowiedziOr you can just stop being such a little bitch and play the PVP portion of the game because it's a game and game's are meant for the sole purpose of Entertainment. If something like this is really going to bother you this much well then find some other way to spend your time that doesn't frustrate you to the point where you feel like it's necessary to bitch about it to others because apparently your not being Properly Entertained.

1 OdpowiedźThis is retarded, It's basic math. I could have 1000 materials in less than 6 hours. Maxing my crucible marks for the week which left more than enough time to focus on other aspects of the game. They should have Factions accept Vanguard Marks as well.

10 OdpowiedziThis is hilarious. people complain about bad teammates in crucible but by doing this they are forcing ppl that dont wanna play pvp into pvp & therefore increasing the bad players by tenfold. If im forced into pvp to earn marks for something i want then i,ll get to a 1000 pts & then run around like a headless chicken the rest of the match.

3 OdpowiedziI have seen a HUGE increase in people playing crucible and either sitting or running in a circle (so they don't timeout) just to get the marks as you don't have to DO anything, just be in the match. It is ruining it for everyone else, it's hard to win when half my team is AFC. Let them trade the mats for marks, it was a bad deal overall but at least they had a choice now they are ruining crucible matches. Not that anyone listens.

1 OdpowiedźThe glimmer cap should be raised tenfold or else you'll have to drop your numbers at the bottom. How about an ingame auction for destination mats only. But still keep vendors mats for marks and raise glimmer cap.

3 OdpowiedziI never actually believed anyone would be bored enough to waste time collecting materials for such a shitty return. But now they are all forced to play crucible and EARN their faction/crucible gear. Plus, it's fun to destroy all those scrubs. On a side note, I finally collected enough PvE player tears to finish that bounty.
