Light 30 should only be available from Raid
I've worked hard at VoG to get to 30 and now u can get +30 gear from Iron Banner. Doesn't seem right. When the expansion comes out with new raid, is there a point in doing it? Or should I just wait till Iron Banner type event happens and get gear from there?

1 OdpowiedźYou know not everyone is good at pvp and you should also know that there are pple out there that have been grinding harder that you and still are missing one piece of armour, so iron banner kam for the rescue and btw don't be mad be happy or nah!!!!

2 OdpowiedziU didn't work hard for shit man vog is all luck. It takes 2 hours to do and its easy as hell. It doesn't seem right. What doesn't seem right is doing the -blam!-in raid 20 times and not getting shit for gear.

It's not like you earned any of the gear from the vog. You just got lucky. The iron banner people at least worked for their gear

Why can't lvl30 gear be available in another form? You still have to put the hours in. Isn't the world of destiny going to be better if there's more lvl 30 or 29s for when the dlc lvl32 stuff kicks in?

You grind an instance and probably cheese it. I grind guardians faces in PvP.

4 OdpowiedziI don't think so. If there is no matchmaking for the raid then it should never of been only way to 30. Raid is luck based, you didn't earn it, you just happened to get what you need. Some people play 10 raids and don't get 30, while others play it once and get all gear. If anything there should be 'Raid marks' which you earn from raid to buy raid gear.

1 OdpowiedźYou have 5 clears on your level 30 and don't even have a raid helmet that can only be obtained from hard just because I couldn't get boots doesn't mean I'm not better in fact by your stats heaps of people are better then you

1 OdpowiedźIf you think about it it still is. Even if you buy the iron armor you still need an exotic chest or helm and one piece of raid gear. Chances are you're gonna have to raid on hard to get Lv 30 you just grind until get the most common drop from the raid, on iron banner. It's not like there throwing the chest and helmet at you.

You grinded the Raid to reach 30. I grinded the Raid for some gear and Iron Banner for some gear. No real difference there.

1 OdpowiedźLevel 30 is luck not skill so quit thinking you're special. I raid weekly and still not level 30. I've been level 29 for two months now.

Some people buy games for the multiplayer only...I know several people who buy call of duty just for the MP. And never even touch the story...if people want to grind out in iron banner that's fine with me! Besides you and I both know of that level 25 you dragged through the vault that did nothing and got more gear than you did and now they're level 30. At least in the multiplayer you have to complete bounties and actually work for your gear

I have all 3 characters and I've beaten hard over 50 times now. I only have one 30 though, because of the iron banner boots I earned. I've gotten 3 vex's and endless doubles of things but out of all of those raids I still haven't gotten a full set to get me to 30. You're telling me someone who's done way more work but is down on luck shouldn't be able to work even more to get what they should have been given in the first place? -blam!- you.

It is, most you can get is 117 from IB, still need raid drop for 30.

Totally agree, but the same happens with the exotic weapons , you get a suros regime in the nightfall and the next day xur is selling it. Here you work hard to get lvl 30 playing the raid over and over and suddenly people who hasn't done gets to 30 because of the iron banner. That's cheap

Everybody always complains about 30 from ib. In about a week or two it won't even matter. The new raid also makes our gear crap. It's funny. It's not like it's even godly anyway.
