Weapon idea: eye of judgement.
I have a pretty cool exotic weapon idea. It would be a sniper rifle with the following stats:
Damage: 300/500
Stability: high
Recoil: nonexistent
Rate of fire: semi-automatic
Clip capacity: 10
Upgrades:
*Preyfinder: When aimed, the gun automatically begins to drag towards the nearest target
-Target location speed is improved
-snap-to-target aiming
*Juggernaut Bullets: Bullets can pass through multiple opponents
-phased bullets: Bullets can travel through walls without being slowed.
*Judgement: The scope can now see players and enemies through walls.
-All-seeing eye: reveals the outlines of all players on the map.
I think this would be a great addition to the game. It would be like the farsight from Perfect Dark.

Every exotic has to have some kind of negative. Like the icebreakers recoil is huge, you cant have THE perfect weapon.

It sounds awesome. It wouldn't be that bad, because you still have to line up for the headshots. The phased bullets and the all X-ray scope would be a devastating combo. Just make it hard to obtain, and it would fit perfectly in this game.

500 damage seems kinda op in pve it should be like 400 but it should be hard to get

This ugh would get boring. If it had no recoil, I would probably not use it because it would just feel like it had no power with no recoil. Plus the target assist would just add to it.

Eye of judgement used to be a PS3 camera/3d card game pretty similar to Yu-Gi-Oh, awesome game if you ask me.
