Why me?
Why can't I find a raid group anymore? Just because I don't have a mic? I've done it before, surely I'm qualified to do it again?

Because it shows that people frequently get carried through the raid while others do the heavy lifting. So saying you've done it before doesn't instill much confidence in your abilities. For all we know you were carried through the raid. Add not having a mic on top of that and it's a wonder how you found a group in the first place lol. Why would I play with you when I can easily find someone else who has a mic? Playing with randoms is already like playing Russian roulette. So why would I make odds worse by playing with someone who can't communicate? Honestly though, why not just buy a cheap mic?

New gen consoles come with mics... not good but suffice I suppose. What bugs me more is the lack of in-game matchmaking.

You seriously need to ask that? Get a mic, they're not expensive.

The designers of the Vault of Glass prioritised communication as a necessary component of the mechanics of the raid. Even when you've been playing with the exact same group of guys for a while, there are some things that need to be said and heard. It's hard to get involved with another group; if you're not communicating, you're either carrying or getting carried.

Most gamers have had bad experiences with players without mics. Even if you are competent, it's hard to trust someone when they can't respond to simple instructions. Sorry man. Get a mic... or a next gen console. They come standard with one.

I thought they came with the system. Did with my ps4. Go find a cheap walmart headphone/mic combo for a cell phone and use that.

Yes, it probably is just because you don't have a mic and nothing else. Everything else being equal, why would I want the person without a mic in my group when I can find 3 more with mics in less than minute?

2 OdpowiedziI've tried running the raid with a person who didn't have a Mic once... it did not work. Not even a little bit. And he was level 30

1. You have to have communication you may know what your doing but that doesn't mean any one else know what your doing 2. Crazy stuff happens that no one planed for. you need to communicate if something rally bad happens 3 You have ran the raid 3 times Im sorry but I don think that enough to qualify as you know what your doing ( note Im not saying i full do ether)

3 OdpowiedziI mean besides the mic point and you saying you have done it. Sadly people we've found at random who have said they have done the raid are terrible and we carried them the whole way. I'm not saying that is you, but they technically completed the raid but could not lead one at all.
