Your post is a matter of opinion.There is no right or wrong answer. You claim that call of duty advanced warfare is better than destiny. However, you have no viable evidence to back up your statement. You state that players complain about nerfs, but that's the community, not the game. The game developers try their best to keep players content and to keep the game as balanced as possible. You also inform people that the call of duty franchise has lasted over 10 years, but what you fail to consider is that Activision has released several call of duty games. Many of those games were almost identical to the games released prior to the new ones. There were new stories, but much of the gameplay was very similar. I will add that call of duty advanced warfare is a leap forward for the franchise. The content is great and the multiplayer is very fast paced and a great experience. However, you never took into consideration that Destiny is still a new game. It hasn't had a "franchise" like call of duty. The fact that call of duty has lasted 10 years isn't relevant considering there were so many games released. Call of duty advanced warfare hasn't lasted 10 years by itself. In my opinion, it never will last 10 years. That's not what Activision does. They will most likely make another game and advanced warfare will be a thing of the past. I'm not sure how much money was spent developing advanced warfare, but Bungie obviously spent a lot of time and cash on the details of Destiny. The art is beautiful and I couldn't ask for anything more from that portion of development. I will admit that there are plenty of server issues with Destiny, but Destiny is a very different type of game than advanced warfare. You can't take your solider to a camp (tower) to perform different actions or to form teams and meet new people. There is no public events. You can't interact with random players during the campaign. After you've completed the campaign, there's nothing else to tie you to the game other than the multiplayer. Because of all of these, the servers have to be better, which takes time to perfect. Cod has a storyline? I thought it was a multiplayer only game ever since black ops 1. Destiny has a story, its just that theres a bunch of you cod kids playing that need every plot point laid out on a silver platter. If someone actually [i]cares[/i] about the story, then they would [i]go out of their way[/i] to figure it out. [spoiler][ex:]Dark Souls[/spoiler] And on the note of superior multiplayer, cod never changes anything, except the maps, and a few guns. The fact that if you get shot first, you're guaranteed to die, has never changed. [b]No skill required. [/b]just reflexes, and no planning whatsoever.

If you think running around a badly designed map like a headless chicken seeing how fast you can turn around corners before you get shot is "great multiplayer", then you need help. [spoiler]or you are under 12[/spoiler]

Bungie has done this crap before, they focus way too much on PvP ex- Halo:Reach: Forge and custom games was the only thing keeping the game alive but they really didnt add much to forge other than forge world and in the end PvP sucked... Destiny: Raids and weekly PvE activities were the only things keeping it alive but they focused more on PvP... Get rid of PvP-Only PvE!!!
