10/30/14 - I'm on the PS4 platform and for the past two nights Atheon on hard has rendered the raid borderline unplayable. We beat it last night after several attempts only because we got lucky. It was not fun at all. Here is a list of all the bugs we (and others) have encountered:
1. Oracles would still kill the fireteam even after all oracles were destroyed

2. Improper number of players would get teleported

3. Relic shield would still allow incoming damage while active. (So I guess Atheon is cheesing us now?)
4. Time's Vengeance would not activate upon destroying last oracle.
5. Players would get marked that were not teleported.
6. Supplicants would not die after taking more than enough damage.
7. I don't like the fact that the praetorians now posses the warlock's fireborn self-revive ability.

8. Getting detained, teleported, and insta-death on the other side.
9. Oracles not spawning when they should, then spawning all at once (reported by IchiDaKiller187)
10. Succumbing to the Oracles while Time's Vengeance is active and everyone is out of the portal - XbOne (reported by HeadButtYoNut)
11. Atheon stops taking damage. His health stopped dropping after 40%, twice - PS4 (reported by Zamm3k)
12. Teleporting three of us and immediately teleporting us back, leaving all 6 of us with atheon (insta-wipe) - PS4 (reported by Zamm3k)
13. Supplicants are killed, blow up and then revive directly inside bubble and blow up (insta-wipe) - PS4 (reported by Zamm3k)
14. Ammo synthesis does not replenish ammo when consumed (alive in-game) - PS4 (reported by FastDrinker77)
15. Atheon opens time stream at beginning of checkpoint (reported by MANSLAYER KIRA)
16. Supplicants teleport through Mars and Venus portals
17. My personal favorite...I escape detain just before being teleported only to die

How the heck do you expect us to complete the raid with all these bugs? Fixing the Atheon cheese was understandable. I don't care about the random teleport. These bugs, however, need to be addressed ASAP, PLEASE!
Bump the heck out of this, guys, so Bungie gets the message. Not trying to be a jerk, it just needs to be fixed! Raid is broke right now.
I will add bugs to the list that others have experienced. If I didn't experience stated bug myself, I will add who reported the bug to the description. Also,[b] [u]please list the platform you are experiencing the bug on[/u][/b].
***UPDATE***11/1/14
So I played the Atheon checkpoint for about 6 hours last night to see how many of these issues were network related or not. My clan I run with are all seasoned raid runners so I would appreciate the people posting "it's operator error" to stop. Obviously operator error will occur occasionally. What I am trying to address are these bugs that transpire during the attempts that are running like a well-oiled machine only to be derailed by above mentioned bugs. That being said, my group experienced:

Some of these bugs simply can't be helped and you just have to cross your fingers you don't encounter them. Regarding the oracles spawning all at once or not dying when it looks like they are done, I've trained myself to walk next to the oracle I just "destroyed" and listen to see if its still active. For them spawning all at once, my recommendation is to buy The Swarm at the Vanguard Quartermaster (which has void damage). It is one of the best kept secrets in the game for the Raid when fully upgraded. The impact is twice that of the Corrective Measure (which I also have), it has bullets that stagger the enemy, mag upgrade to 60, and other members I've played with are always amazed at how quickly it makes short work of the oracles (10 rounds or less), and how much of a help it is at mowing down the praetorian on Venus portal.

So the conclusion that I've drawn is that a choice few of the listed bugs were due to the network maintenance/issues two nights ago, but nearly half (7 of 16) still presented itself. These bugs were not present prior to the latest patch. Bungie needs to address this sooner than later. It's a shame that it takes IGN reaching out to Bungie for them to finally comment on the matter.
@DeeJ - Can we please get some sort of response on the matter?

The atheon raid is doable but annoying and takes more time than it should. My team and I managed to claim the flawless raider achievement but here's the funny thing: in the atheon fight, NO ONE got teleported EVER. And to make things worse we were 5 people (someone dc around the templar). So without times vengeance and without the relic we were stuck trying to take on atheon without dying. We just made it before enraged started which was a miracle.

I wish bungie would comment on this, but as Pandah stated, they will not even address these bugs, but instead add more. while they make pvp more balanced and forget about the players who enjoy the pve experience to become level 30.

#14 is usually caused by people not having a free slot open in their consumable menu... just from personal experience.

Did raid on hard tonight. Got lucky and only had the detain teleport bug rear it's ugly head. Finished the gatekeeper and atheon without a wipe. I have two more bug videos to upload once I find the time. One had me smh.

3 OdpowiedziA thousand times yes. My group can handle the random teleport easy, the never dying Minotaur needs to stop, same with detained teleports and insta-wipes from non existent Oracles. Should've been fixed long before baby bumpers.

Playing as a lvl 30 warlock on raid normal, taking the relic, jump-smash the preatorian and needing up to 8 - 9 hits with R2 and BARELY survive (if I don't die and need to waste a fireborn) is BS. Doesn't really help that they regen health. That's the most annoying bug. Or no ammo drops during the Templar section. Or sound glitches throughout the entire raid. And ending the raid after beating Atheon still isn't fixed.

I doubt these will ever get fixed. Removing the bugs that hinder us would make the raid significantly easier. I'm done with Bungie and their "Artificial Difficulty" only patching bugs that benefit players while leaving every single one that hinders us. Thanks Bung-gie and pegboy Deej :D

Clearly these bugs, many of them I myself have encountered are actually punishment for pushing Atheon off. Bungie did not like the fact that we found a way to cheat the experience that the wanted us to have. That is why they have put so very little interest in fixing these issues!

These absolutely need to be fixed as soon as humanly possible. My friends and I finally beat the Raid on hard the other night and we experienced many of these bugs ourselves. It took us much longer to defeat Atheon because we so often had to deal with these bugs. If Bungie listens to anything we say here on the forums, it needs to be this.

I have personally experienced many of these, bugs are making the ability to defeat Aetheon feel as RNG'd as getting loot drops. IMO this sort of fix needs to be a priority. Bungie seems to have made a few changes based on some very loud community complaints, I hope this topic reaches that status.

The dev team is the real enemy in this game. Deej will be the boss of the next raid and his weapon will DC you and nerf one of your weapons. He will also be in a baby swing so you cant push him

1 OdpowiedźSame here with issues. Wasn't a a problem beating Atheon with or without cheese. Problems I find now are the following- 1. Praetorian health not going down at all or instant regenerate. 2. Atheon teleports random numbers (between 1-6 people, not 3 each time even if all party members alive). He has even teleported the ENTIRE TEAM. 3. Atheon teleports 2 people to Venus and 1 to Mars. Both sides have oracles activate. 4. New cheese with bubble shield? Why the hell would you program Atheon to think the bubble shield is acceptable terrain to walk on top of and then over the side? Sigh. At least it worked before. Just put the baby bumpers and please reset the raid back until you actually play test numerous times. You have play-testers in the Bellevue area, INVITE US! 5. Ammo synths don't work when used especially heavy ammo. 6. Lag or enemy shots freezing/floating on screen. I have 50M download and had very few disconnect or issues prior to last update. I even had it happen during the Venus Archon strike. It's on my feed from XBone. Not the only one reporting this. Not sure what the issue is but damn... It worked fine before and now it is really bugged. Actual bugs now, not exploits! Please Bungie, let me know how we can help.
