What do you do?
I've been curious to know what it is that everyone here does for work when they are not impatiently waiting for Destiny.
Feel like sharing?
I work for a power utility as an apprentice lineman in Florida. We construct new pole lines, repair/replace/restore power outages, work on a 7620v/13.2kv/23kv system, and generally save the world and hear cha-ching whenever it rains.
Let me add a thanks to everyone who participated! Today (8/21/14) is my birthday. Today, I finally had a topic reach 1000+ posts! Thank you Bungie community for a pretty cool bday present. :)

6 OdpowiedziI work as a landscaper for schools in my area. Now lawns,plant flowers and fix water lines. After that I'm a college student...maybe t much info but I will be starting my senior year for my bachelors this September.

After and even during storms, I've spent some time around utility linemen. I'm in a town/city with 3 colleges, so the month of August always means one thing, 6 day work weeks due to college kids. I always take about a week off after August, this year I timed it for Destiny.

3 OdpowiedziI'm guessing about 70% of the replies for this topic are kids in school.. -waits for butthurt- Unfortunate to say, nightshift ICS at walmart, the job that showed me there are more stupid people than I realized and feel privileged to be working in the back room.
