I played for 29 mins after the supposed close, the next thing you know I'm dressed as Alf (the alien) and making out with my dad! Thanks a lot Bungie...

As my level is still capped at 8 and the tower looks no different than yesterday... As King's Watch & Jovian Complex are still blocked off... As the 2 additional story markers & what I assume to be the marker for Raids, are still greyed out.. And as I still seem unable to trigger the event with the Fallen guy in The Breach... What have they changed..? I noticed an update this morning, so something must be different. I am playing it right now, but failing to see this "RISK" that they mentioned...!!! The only differences I have detected is the Hive Ogre now displays it's level as ?? instead of 20. AND.. I appear to be having more difficulties joining people's fireteams. Keep getting error messages :(
