So I was wondering is I could play with my friends over Xbox One, since my friends have the Xbox 360 and i'll be getting the Xbox One for destiny, will we be able to still play together online? and also, will there be a legendary pack which we can pre-order?

You won't be able to play with your friend on the 360 when you are on xbox 1, but when they get a xbox 1 they can transfer their account and characters to xbox 1 and play with you.
