I never really understand the people that think Matchmaking shouldn't be an option because "some players are bad." I've unironically had better players on average with Matchmaking than I ever had in the LFG system of old. Regardless of that though, if you're afraid of randoms messing things up, maybe just don't use Matchmaking and continue making teams the way you currently do? Are you people who are against Matchmade options under the impression that LFG/Fireteam Finder will be turned off if it's implemented? I don't think that's ever happened. EDIT: downvotes for this? Really? Are you people in LFG so hard up for fodder that you think Matchmaking is a threat to you? Is it really that pathetic? I seriously don't get why anytime Matchmaking comes up, you guys treat it like it's some kind of blaspheme against your religion.

It would be a nightmare. There's already lfg, where u can speak to people & gauge their mindset & level of experience BEFORE you launch the Dungeon. Whatever problems exist in lfg would only be worsened & multiplied by match-making. I've seen ppl complaining on here about toxic or idiotic players they got matched with in STRIKES... can you imagine how much worse Dungeons would be ? Every other post would be about how they got match-made in a Vesper Host with people who dont use any comms, but keep picking up scanner & not calling anything out... how they got matched with someone on Shattered Throne who well-skated thru the map & pulled them before they got to kill the secret bosses for WishEnder quest... how there's not even enough players to match-make a full fireteam for the older dungeons cuz they're "irrelevant" now... how they spent 6 hours on Master Sundered Doctrine cuz some idiot didnt KWTD & kept rearranging all the lamps in the first encounter. I say no to match-making for the same reason I say no to Dungeon encounters in the Portal. Its not a conducive learning environment for ppl who have never done Dungeons before. The added complications & confusion might actually deter noobs from trying any more dungeons.

It's truly amazing that it doesn't exist. Should be 2 queues- Private. Matchmade. Every PVE Activity. Private can use LFG and take 30 minutes to assemble a squad. Matchmade launch into a queue. EZ PZ.

This, but it needs a requirement of beating the dungeon at least once, either with a team or solo.

That being said. They are not on the level of the coil. They don’t tell you what to do. When damage starts, and how to even get to damage. They are more complex than people would like to admit. Some are simple but I’ve taken quite a few players through dungeons. If you’ve seen a video or smth then it’s easy.if not then I’ve seen chaos ensue. That being said if u want to farm a dungeon or need help with one feel free to ask me im always down to help. I really enjoy it

Ewww. No. I’ve seen the bad side of people in the easy strikes and/or version of those activities. I’d rather cut grass with dull scissors than be randomly matched with them again

What about the ones where you need to match symbols?
