Burden of Guilt fusion rifle from Xur says Charge time but drops as stability
Xur sells fusion rifle as charge time master worked but drops as a stability master worked weapon… are the master work perks changing when purchasing weapons from Xur? Is this happening with all weapon purchases from Xur? Never experienced this before.

Visual bug on the vendors part? For a time Banshee would occasionally sell weapons missing a masterwork or Shaxx would sell weapons with 6 perks in his 3rd and 4th columns depending on the rank you had in the crucible. Hard to tell if it's a visual bug or something else though.
