Wrong Triumph received-Bug
This is not a huge priority, but id like to report a bug I encountered. I completed Presage on Master and received the Dead Man's Tale and it's catalyst. I then went to the enclave to shape it. Upon selecting the catalyst, a notification popped up that said I received the triumph (thing in collection showing progress on patterns and catalysts for exotics) for the Revision Zero. A weapon which I have never collected, though I wish I could. I confirmed the triumph is shown for the Revision Zero and the DMT entry is still uncompleted.
