About Cross Save
My Destiny 2 character is primarily on the Steam platform, and no characters have been created on other platforms. The issue I'm facing is that the Xbox account linked to my Cross Save has been deactivated, and I can no longer verify it. How should I go about unlinking it?

Hello there, Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the Cross Save feature. Unfortunately, as of March 25th, 2025, it is no longer possible to unlink an account that has been bound to your Bungie.Net account.
