Step 3 of 13: Speak with Drifter at the Cantina.
Load into Tharsis. Enter cutscene. Can’t skip. Circle not working. Finish cutscene. Can not exit staring at bartender.
I finished the campaign on my Titan. I shouldn’t have to play through the campaign on my alts, but here I am on my Warlock.
Stuck.

I'm in the same boat; can't progress with my third character; is the middle finger from bungo saying you should have bought the third character completion. Pathetic..

This is a weird fix but I did this when I got the glitch, basically just spam skip till the cutscene starts then skip it then wait for the text to up and click enter. That fixed it for me but it’s a little rng.
