It's really simple why. [b]NOT EVERYONE WANTS TO USE GRAPPLE IN THIS GAME![/b] I run Speakers Foresight exotic on my Warlock. And this entire modifier negates the exotic + my build just by being there. It's literal bullshit! Were it not for the moderation and word filter, I would pick much more vile language to describe the "fun factor" of this modifier. I really hope it gets removed with Renegades.
