So with the launch of edge of fate, many of the vendors don’t have rank up systems anymore, including the cryptarch. This is a problem for some. I have wishful ignorance and can claim in from collections. The way that I got it was I did the exotic cipher focusing, but because I didn’t get it from him pre edge of fate, I cannot focus it in any other way, including the vouchers. Same with blastwave striders. Also bonus: when I do use cipher focusing at the cryptarch for wishful ignorance, it gives me armor 2.0 rolls, but will have an armor archetype and 5 upgrades for masterworking.
