When Oscillation is the mod then i refuse to play that GM, because it sets you up Forum failure and GM are hard enough as is.
Have to do one GM to guild (liminallity) my Conq titel, but dont even going to because of it.

My team got Liminality done last night and it took us 3 night of trying as we only have time for a couple of runs in an evening. We ran 3 prismatic warlocks, Speakers Sight, Getaway Artist and Rimecoat Raiment. My squadmates just took the debuff pain and ignored oscillation (Though we all ran MG as heavy which iirc is unaffected by Oscillation despite the modifiers description). I went with Revision Zero, Recluse (FF / Destabilising rounds) and Hammerhead (Envious Assassin / Killing Tally). When at x2 and above boost, even the Recluse could make crowds of void shielded ads go boom impressively. Kinetic Tremors and Jolting Feedback loadouts are another option but I found that works well in The Arms Dealer but seemed less effective in Liminality. That GM is a horror show and modifiers like Oscillation just make it less fun and more frustrating.

Part of the problem with Liminality is the fact the boss is a Tormentor. They have 90% DR on any part that isn't a crit so anything like a grenade launcher or rocket launcher is literally going to do jack in terms of damage. Even if you use something like Tether, Tractor Cannon, or Divinity won't do you any good as those don't really count as crits so you still suffer from the fact it has so much DR on top of its massive health pool.

Exactly! and we haven't even mentioned the bloody suppression, throw a limiting mod like oscillation in there and it becomes a really long battle with a wipe only a small mistake away. For comparison, last night my team got on as usual and we had 2 GM's left to gild Conqueror. The Corrupted and Battleground Behemoth - we got both done in an hour with no wipes, Liminality has so many ways it can screw you over and that makes it a chore.

God I hate that dev when they were talking about that strike. She literally said she was making it the most frustrating strike in the game on purpose. The point of the game is supposed to be focused on fun, not making the most bs activities that nobody wants to play.

That dev needs to be chained to a desk and not fed until she solo's it in the hope she will think about what the overall effect of any changes are planned will be in future.
