Conqueror of infinity is showing up in your collections via the APi, as it's not a new emblem but instead one from a few years ago it will be buried a few pages deeper. As for the other 2 head to the redeem code section of bungie.net and then to Partner rewards, press refresh and see if the emblems are listed on the page. If they are then restart D2 and check collections If you still can't find them then can you post under #help and include a clip showing that emblem area of collections?

I had something like this happen awhile back when cross save was introduced, had the little light and carrhae emblems and after activating CS they weren’t in my collections anymore, I lost a ton of other emblems too but those were the noticeable ones, still haven’t gotten them back.
