Season of echo season pass
Players are unable to obtain the red death catalyst from the season if it is not completed fully or any other rewards that are available in the pass.

Hey there, rank 145 of this current episode will also give the catalyst for 'any applicable Season Pass Exotic weapon catalysts from past Episodes', ie Red Death Reformed. Yes, other rewards may be inaccessible now, that's been true for every season. If you reached a certain level in last season's pass, but didn't pick up the rewards, they can be claimed from the Season Pass Progress page, there is a 'last season' option. However it is correct that the pass can't be levelled up here and now that episode ended, and this has never been possible.
