Wrong power level, please help [SOLVED]
I have a warlock with gear that adds up to 1989 power level and a +10 artifact so far. This is confirmed via Destiny Item Manager (DIM) as well. But in-game, my power level is showing as 1989 total. When hovering over the number, it breaks down as 1979 + 10 from artifact. I've tried different items in all slots but the difference of 10 persists. What could be wrong? Please help.

Then load into the Pale Heart landing zone, Speaker's Refuge, and speak to Cayde and Ghost. You will be given last episode's artifact, Hunter's Journal, and that seems to be fixing it for THIS episode's power, it will fix it on all of your characters.
