Annual pass upgrade
I bought the light and darkness collection for destiny 2 as I was switching from Xbox to pc. All of the dlc pages say that they are in my steam library and I have access to the final shape and the first mission of the failsafe season. However, that’s all. I don’t have the dungeon key or any other quests for past episodes. Is there any form of help that bungie can give? I would just like a way to access the content that I paid for please!

Hey there, did you buy it before setting cross-save up? The passes and the dungeon key were applied to your Steam game profile, which was then made dormant when you set cross-save up and chose XBox as the Active account. Cross-saving first would have meant XBox was Active and the passes would have been applied there instead, even when bought through Steam.
