Omicient Eye Enhanced Precision Instrument
In the enclave, when trying to craft an Omnicient Eye with Precision Instrument, it only appears with 2 base PI options in the crafting menu. On top of this when crafted with either, it uses ana acendant alloy, and the usual crafting ingredients for an enhanced perk, and doesn't put enhanced PI on the weapon once crafted.
