There is a bug with the timeline reflection quest where every time you get in the control room and clear the debris, on the third time the mission just bugs. I have not found a work around and I have seen many other people talk about this issue. It really is a huge bug because others and myself cant progress past rank 3 therefor I cant upgrade gear or do pathfinder.
