Awful stats
What's up with Shadestalker stat rolls? i have yet to get a single piece of armor with above 55 in total base stats. random world drops are giving 10+ better. how am i supposed to use it if it will be so much weaker? also, why no class item drops??

2 OdpowiedziArmour stats have always been rubbish, with 2 exceptions... focusing armour with seasonal vendor or rng exotic engrams at rahool. So, without armour focusing that set will be shite!! Will we get focusing, probably not... might be the tonic attunement only. I don't see the need anymore (not with armour updates coming in frontiers), but if you need a few points right now then I'll wish you luck!

Ive landed a bunch that were in the 40s!!! A 58 is the single highest one I've seen.

Don't you love how they implement get more rep wearing pieces of the armor. No way I am weaing that or grinding for it. They need to make it ornaments instead. Players don't want to sacrifice their better stats and builds for this nonsense.

adding onto my own topic. i saw people mentioning the armor changes and i'll just say that if that's the case this is a bad move Bungie. transitioning to a new stat system where all the armor is objectively worse for stats than before will not encourage a smooth transition. I'll also add that the single incentive for the armor really, which is synergy with the artifact mod to increase scorn damage, isn't gonna be enough to encourage the switch when there's a 50/50 we get Cabal in Onslaught.

Yeah I’ve been asking about this problem too, nobody has any answers. It sucks that we can’t use the seasonal engrams to focus the armor like we have with literally every episode/season before, and to make matters worse we have to use “tonics” to get a random drop with ridiculously low stats. Out of over 10 pieces I haven’t gotten a single one with a stat base higher than 55.

3 OdpowiedziAll armor outside of GoA artifice armor is weighted to have lower stat points. Bungie even went as far to nerf Duality artifice armor because of the grind was too efficient.

Every time something from that set drops I just think about the upcoming armor changes.

At least the Warlock chest armour looks cool for transmog.
