Hi, I don't know how to get help with this situation, but I haven't played in a long time. My issue is my name change is taken and my cross save is on a 90 day cooldown for some reason.
Am I able to get help with this?

Hi there! In order for Cross Save to be deactivated, all of your platform accounts had to be authenticated in order to proceed. If this was not your action, then all of your linked accounts may have been compromised. I would highly recommend that your change your password on all linked accounts and ensure that 2 factor authentication is enabled on all linked accounts. Once Cross Save is deactivated, a 90 day cooldown goes into effect that cannot be lifted or shortened for any reason.
