How do I report cheater outside of the game Destiny 2?
I hope this is the right place because I was in control playlist with a cheater that constantly spawn orbs + literally being invis (and I assume was flying because they keep spawn killing the enemy) + Changing their name 3 times MID GAME (It was [REDACTED] to some chinese words to [REDACTED] (which is my ign and I dont want to get falsely banned) i assume they constantly change their name to avoid getting banned)). I would type their name but Im afraid of breaking ToS. Have proof if needed.

If you suspect cheating or abuse, report them via the in game tool or If does not work, you can try the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13967]Manual Tool[/url] or reporting from your [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/GameHistory]game history[/url]. Bungie's SRT does not review forums for reports.

Well, if you consider that outside of destiny 2 is the real world, then maybe the police? Though, I cannot recommend that you go to the police if you intend to report someone for something they did in destiny 2. Looks like you gotta submit some contact form. Out of interest, what was the offence? Cheating?
