Echos Act 3 wont start
I've come back to Destiny to finish Act 2 and 3 of Echos before moving on to revenant and while I got through Act 2 just fine, I'm not getting any more missions. I've gotten all 6 specimens (except Proximity specimen tracking which just says "Specimen Tracking Active" for some reason) and all but one Research Instrument. I've completed every quest for Echos that I have and I can't find anymore on the Directory so any help would be greatly appreciated. I've linked an image of the research screen.

Go to the helm. Talk to failsafe and pick up the hunters journal item from last episode. That should solve the issue.

Still not sure what the issue was, but after a game restart and finally playing the first 2 missions of the new season the quest just showed up in my quest tab. I'm just going to leave this up here, in case anyone else has a similar issue.
