Early in the Revenant cutscenes, when the frames were flung out of the shattered forward window of the H.E.L.M, they would’ve been thrown into space—the ship was, at this time, in orbit. The frames would have been caught then in—was it, Europa’s orbit? Judging by the background of the cutscene it’s safe to say the H.E.L.M was further from Europa than the International Space Station tends to be from Earth, often ~400km. The frames would be following the Europan orbit as satellites for a long time, stuck in a path around the moon, and when their orbit decayed they may have gained enough velocity from being thrown out of the ship to burn up in re-entry, though Europa’s atmosphere would probably prevent this, rather just sending them in a slow orbit.

They are technically closer to Europa than in Deep Stone Crypt space jump sequence. That, or it’s just pretty visual as Fikrul stands right in the center of Europa.

Nah uh. The cutscene said everyone made it safe and sound to the top of that building in the Last City. Props to the camera guy.

If you remember on the lunch cutscene from the lightfall, when the pyramid ship used the resonance pulse, the helm imidiatly activated its defence, the helm is equiped with retractable metalic plates that cover the windows from the bridge, wich might have been used to cover the brocken window,
