Help Needed: Unlinking an Unauthorized Xbox Account from My Destiny Account
Hello Destiny Support Team,
I’m a returning player and recently noticed an unfamiliar Xbox account linked to my Bungie account while reviewing my account settings. I have only ever linked my PSN and Steam accounts, but there’s an Xbox account that I don’t recognize.
Unfortunately, in order to unlink this Xbox account, I’m required to deactivate Cross-Save first. However, I’m unable to do so because the system asks me to verify the Xbox account, which doesn’t belong to me, and I don’t have access to it.
Could you please assist me in removing this unauthorized account from my profile? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

15 OdpowiedziHello there[url=https://tuxydoh.com/images/hi.gif],[/url] In order to unlink an account, you first have to disable cross save and/or unlink accounts, you must be able to authenticate the accounts. Bungie cannot forcibly de-link them. [b]I would suggest contacting the platform concerning gaining access to the platform account.[/b] If you are unable to gain access to the account, then you will not be able to deactivate cross save or unlink it from your current Bungie.net profile.
