Radiant Light doesn't work - known issue?
We tested Radiant Light while waiting at the rally flag at the Witness encounter the other day. Nobody was getting charged with light when a player with Radiant Light cast their super.
Is this a known issue? This is kind of annoying. We're trying to do raid encounters without Well of Radiance but it seems like we need it for the Orbs of Power to get players charged with light.
