Name changed for no reason, like many others, today.
I don't know if a stick fell in the moderation engine or something, or because I tried to log on in the middle of maintenance, but in no world should "hazel (Kinoko)" violate any ToS, whatsoever.
Granting me 1 name change token will not fix this, because, [u][i]and this goes for anyone involved[/i][/u], a token was already wasted by moderation because of the false flag.
Please fix this.

3 OdpowiedziBeen playing since Day 1 of Destiny as “VanHeath”, I log in today and I’m Guardian8541. I log into Bungie.net to change my name back, but it doesn’t save the change and gives a message “You can only change your Bungie Name one time.” I never changed it to begin with. I don’t understand how my sons who have only been playing a couple years had no issues, but old timers like me and a YouTuber like KackisHD are affected.
