Was finally gonna get around to using Explosive Payload on my Taraxippos I acquired a while back. When I tried to switch off of Kill Clip it was doing the thing like when our loadouts are locked and didn't switch. Except I was just sitting in orbit. I tried to equip it in DIM and a message prompt said "You cannot afford the material requirements for that action" Wondering if anyone has come across this issue? Couldn't find anything myself but didn't do too much digging.
