Unable to change to Tracking Module from Auto Loading on Hothead
I have a Hothead Adept with selectable Auto Loading/Tracking Module perks. Just noticed that now it is stuck at Auto Loading and I can't select the Tracking Module perk. Clicking on the Tracking Module perk animates the icon as if it is in a locked activity. Tried in orbit, different locations, through DIM, restarted game.. nothing helps.
