In the director while in orbit (or anywhere I can Access a map) I see many NPC characters have the visual thingy when they "need" me for something. The thing is that I do not have anything to buy from them or reputation to get or engrams to spend to get more rewards.(Some characters for me are:Elsie, Xur(in Eternity) Ikora, Drifter)...It has been like this for me since the middle of season of the wish...please fix it it's EXTRMELY ANNOYING!!😞
