I have no way of knowing but I assume Tommy's Matchbook is an exotic that doesn't get used a lot possibly due to its self-damaging effect. Tommy's Matchbook main perks and catalyst are as follows: Ignition Trigger : Sustained fire with this weapon overheats it , increasing damage but burning the user. Heat Sink: Overheat damage is reduced while not aiming down sights Catalyst(Heat of the Moment) : While Ignition Trigger is active , your health recovers more quickly , and sustained fire scorches your target. My proposal is that the Catalyst (Heat of the Moment) is updated to include Incandescent on kills while Ignition Trigger is activated. I believe this would improve the fun and usability of the weapon, and make it a bit closer to the SunShot Exotic.
