requesting help to get my original bungie.net account back and original PSN unbanned.
Hi.
I've been trying to get help with this issue since the first 2 weeks of Curse of Osiris.
My original PSN account was hacked from a PS3 I had recently sold at the time and subsequently banned. SteelWolf89 is the username. [REDACTED] is the email address.
When Cross Play was released, somehow my original xbox account got linked to my new PSN account, and I completely lost access to my bungie.net account I've had since the Halo 2 and 3 days.
I'm requesting support just so I can either have my original bungie.net account back, or hopefully get my original PSN account back so I can just play Destiny 1 with my nieces and nephews who are completely new to the series. I want to show off all of my gear and accomplishments, and I can't do that without my original account.

Edytowany przez użytkownika viiTactiiCZz: 1/14/2024 1:16:39 AMThe only way you'll be able to access the Bungie profile is if you use the account linked to it to sign in You can try appealing the ban here: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024492-Contact-Form-Appeal-Ban-or-Restriction If the ban was for a legit reason (ie it was used to break CoC) then the ban wont be lifted regardless of who done it.

And what is it exactly is stopping you from signing into your new PSN account or your old Xbox account?
