Return Legendary back to it's old Power Level limit
I can't remember if legendary content used to be at the powerful cap or pinnacle cap but 20 levels above the pinnacle cap is way too much, return it to how it used to be so I don't have to no-life the game to level up so all the enemies aren't bullet sponges.
